Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position in the Department of Office of the Dean R&D of this Institute. The position is temporary initially for a period of 1 Year and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:
Project Assistant (4 Post s )
Age limit : 27 years (relaxation as per rules)
Graduate in any discipline, knowledge of MS-office and good communication skills. Preferably with experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization. Desirable: Knowledge of Office administration and purchase procedure, Inventory management and procedure audit, letter drafting, accounting & data management, filing, familiarity with computer use and Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
The job includes regular office work, accounts and administrative work, purchase, inventory management and audit procedure.
