Qualifications & Experience
JRF: 80% in both secondary and higher secondary examination, 1st Class in BE in EE/ECE/INSTR with valid GATE/NET score (>=30, with GATE Paper : EC/EE/INS).
SRF: 80 % in atleast one of the Secondary and Higher Secondary examination, 1st Class in BE in EE/ECE/INSTR with valid GATE score, (>=30) GATE Paper : EE,EC,INS: 1st Class in ME/MTech in EE/ECE.
Upper age limit for
JRF : 28 years
SRF : 30 years
Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR rule.


Last Date 30 Aug 2011
