Applications are invited for one mechanic (@ Rs.6000.00 per month consolidated) to work in the DST sponsored research project (P-07/479) entitled ‘Effect of surface nanocrystallization on fatigue life of aeronautical alloys: IN718 and Timetal 834’.
Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) Science with 55% marks, and ITI certificate. The candidate must possess adequate knowledge of machining and maintenance of electrical/electronic equipments. Person with diploma in electrical equipment will be preferred. Age limit is 30 years.
Applications on plain paper giving bio-data along with qualification, working experiences, etc. supported by attested documents should reach, within 10 days of the advertisement to Professor Vakil Singh, Principal Investigator, Department of Metallurgical Engineering, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005.
Note: A relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST candidates. No TA/DA will be paid if called for interview. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
