Project Title : Gan/In Gan Based Light Emitting Diodes, Solar Cells And Photoelectrochemical (Pec) Device By Mocvd Process (Mep).
Qualification :
Master Degree ( M.Tech, MSc, MS) in Electronics/ Physics, Optical Material Science or equivalent with strong aptitude and liking for semiconductor devices and programming. Should have first class in the qualifying degree.
