University of Jammu Applications Are Invited For the Post of Technical Asst/ Field Asst

Applications on plain paper are invited for the following positions in the DBT funded Research Project entitled, “Creating a Genomics Platform for Apple Research in India”

for establishing National Apple Germplasm Repository at Bhaderwah.

Technical Asst

Qualification:

The candidate should hold Masters Degree with atleast 55% marks in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology. Those having experience in horticultural practices will be preferred.

Field Asst

Qualification:

The candidate should hold B.Sc. degree preferably with Medical subjects with atleast 55% marks. The Field Assistant will essentially work at Bhaderwah.

Applications complete in all respects along with detailed Bio-data with photocopies of the relevant documents must reach the office of the Prof. M. K. Dhar, Principal Investigator, DBT Project, School of Biotechnology, University of Jammu, Jammu latest by 20th October 2012. Eligible candidates will be informed about the date of interview.
