M.Sc with 60% or above with PhD in Biochemistry /Microbiology/Biotechnology.
Project Assistant Level - II 1
Qualification:
1st class M.Sc. Biochemistry /Microbiology.Project Assistant Level - I /1

B.Sc.
Project Assistant Level-II /JRF /2
Qualification:
1st class M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology. Candidates with ICMRProject (JRF) will be preferred.
Project Assistant Level - I /2
Qualification:
B.Sc.(Science) with knowledge of computer.
Project Assistant Level - I/ 1
Qualification:
B.Sc .
Project Assistant/Project JRF Level-II/1
Qualification:
1st class M.Sc. in Zoology/ Biochemistry/Life Sciences /Biotechnology.
Desirable : CSIR-UGC (NET) qualified or some experience after M.Sc. in Molecular
Biology/Genetics.
Desirable : CSIR-UGC (NET) qualified or some experience after M.Sc. in Molecular
Biology/Genetics.
Project Assistant Level-II/1
Qualification:
1st class M.Sc. in Environmental sciences /Chemistry.
1. Age relaxation will be granted up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years OBC categories. The positions are purely temporary on contract basis and co-terminus with the sponsored projects. Based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview, a panel of recommended candidates will be formed which may be utilized as and when the requirement arises in the similar field/area in the sponsored projects in future. Further, the above stipends are tentative and the same will be finally decided based in the emoluments in the sponsored project. The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase/decrease.
2. Tentative marks sheets/certificates and results awaited will not be considered.
3. Candidates who strictly fulfill the eligibility/experience and possess the degree/mark sheet in the aforesaid subjects only should apply for the positions. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification will not entail any right for consideration.
How to apply:
Interested candidates for Level-I, II, III, IV & SRF position may attend the interview on the fixed date along with duly filled the down loaded application form by attaching the attested copies of all the relevant Certificates etc., and also a passport size photograph may be pasted where the space is provided on the application form. The candidates should also bring their original certificates with themselves on the date of interview.
