Kolkata Port Trust intends to fill up post of Junior Engineer-Gr.-I (Class-
III category), reserved for S.T. Candidate, in the scale under Civil Engineering Department.

Junior Engineer-Gr.-I (Class- III category)

Educational qualification, experience & other aspects:-
1. First Class LCE Diploma from Govt. recognised Institution;
2. 3 Year’s working experience, in Civil Engineering works, preferably in a Govt.
Department/Semi-Govt. Department/Govt. Undertaking/Large Private Sector Organisation involved in civil construction.
3. Reservation:- Only ST Candidate.
4. Age:- 28 years as on 1st August, 2012. It is relaxable by 5 years for ST candidates.
5. The emoluments at starting of the Pay scale will be Rs.24,300/- approx. The incumbents Encashment & in addition to their emoluments will also be entitled to P.F., Gratuity, LTC, Leave Medical benefits coverage for self and dependent family members as per applicable Regulations of Kolkata Port Trust.
