Post:
MANAGER(HR)
Age: Below 40 Years
QUALIFICATIONS: I or II Class Graduate of a recognised University and Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Welfare.

EXPERIENCE: Over 10 years experience in Government Establishment/ Undertaking, dealing with Per. & Admn. Matters, out of which 3 years should be in responsible position. The incumbent should be fully conversant with all aspects of General Office Administration, Personnel Management and Public Relations. Knowledge of matters relating to Floating Officers, Petty Officers and Crew as per Maritime Agreements and M.S.Act will be an additional qualification.

MANAGER (MATERIALS)
Age: Below 40 years

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Mechanical / Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Marine/ Metallurgy Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma in Materials Management.
EXPERIENCE: Should have 10 years of experience in procurement of marine stores and spare parts indigenously and from abroad in Shipping Company/ Ship Building Industry/ other Undertakings.

MANAGER (TECH.)
Age: Below 40 years
QUALIFICATIONS: I or II Class Mech. Engg. Graduate from a recognized University, OR I or II Class MOT Certificate (Motor) of Competency or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 10 years working experience in repairs & maintenance of modern machinery / equipment with Shipyard/ Ship Repair firms of repute in case of Engg. Graduates and 2 years experience as CEO on dredgers/ Merchant Navy Ships or 5 years experience as 2nd E/O on dredgers/ Merchant Navy in case of MOT Certificate holders.

MANAGER (FINANCE)
Age: Below 40 years
Qualification: (a) I or II Class Graduate, preferably in Commerce of a recognized University; (b) Must be a qualified CA or Cost & Works Accountant.

Experience: Should have 10 years service in Fin.& Accts. Department of a commercial or Industrial concern of repute, out of which 3 years should be in a responsible position. Must be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary control of a large commercial Organisation. Experience in dealing with works contract is an additional qualification.

DY.MANAGER(PR)
Age: Below 35 years
QUALIFICATIONS: I or II Class Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized University, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations or Journalism. A Degree in Law is desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Should have 08 years experience out of which 3 years should be in First-line Executive cadre. Must be well conversant in dealing with Public Relations, Press, Publicity, Liaison with Passport Office, Emigration work and allied matters in Government Departments/ Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies.

DY.MANAGER (HR)
Age: Below 35 years
QUALIFICATIONS: I or II Class Graduate of a recognized University and Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Social Work, Personnel Management. Knowledge of Mercantile Law and/ or matters pertaining to Floating Officers, Staff and Crew will be an additional qualification.

EXPERIENCE: Must have 8 years experience, out of which 3 years as Asst.Manager in Personnel/ Administration Department, dealing with recruitment, establishment and allied matters in a Public Sector Undertaking or a large Industrial Establishment of well repute.

ASST.MANAGER(HR)
Age: Below 35 years
QUALIFICATIONS: I or II Class Graduate of a recognised University with post-graduate Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Personnel Management.

EXPERIENCE: Must have 6 years experience, out of which 2 years in supervisory capacity in Personnel / Administration Deptt., dealing with recruitment, establishment and allied matters in a PSU or Large Industrial Establishment of well repute. Knowledge of Mercantile Law and Floating Staff administration is desirable.

GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE)-
Age: Upto 52 years For internal candidates upto 56 years
QUALIFICATIONS: Member of ICAI/ICWA

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in senior level in handling Finance and Accounts independently from Private Sector with exposure to contracts, commercial tenders, foreign exchange transactions, International Finance, Corporate Financial Planning, Corporate Taxation, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, monitoring of operational expenses, cash management and Corporate Laws is required. (OR) Minimum 3 years experience in the lower scale of pay of Rs.36,600 - 62,000/- with above experience from PSUs (OR) Minimum 6 years combined experience in the lower scales of pay of Rs.32,900 - 58,000/- and 36,600 - 62,000/- subject to minimum one year in the immediate lower scale of pay with above experience from PSUs Brief Duties and Responsibilities: GM(F) is HOD and responsible for Finance & Accounts functions and report to Director (Fin). The functions include all aspects of finance and accounts functions, Corporate Accounts, Revenue, Budget, Taxation, Working capital management, capital expenditure, Resource mobilisation, PF, Gratuity, repair, maintenance, operational accounts, Shore/Floating staff salaries etc

GENERAL MANAGER (PROJECT ENGINEERING)
Age: Upto 52 years For internal candidates upto 56 years
QUALIFICATIONS: Master(FG)/Dredge Master Grade-I/Degree in Civil Engineering/Degree in Harbour Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 18 years post qualification experience is required. Knowledge in dredging /dredging projects is essential. Knowledge of modern concepts in planning and control techniques, Marine operations, handling projects independently, Marine Law and practices, classification, port Rules and regulations and various Management techniques including operations research, CPM., is required (OR) Minimum 3 years experience in the lower above experience from PSUs (OR) Minimum 6 years combined experience in the lower scales of pay of Rs.32,900- 58,000/- and 36,600-62,000/- subject to minimum one year in the immediate lower scale of pay with above experience from PSUs Brief Duties and Responsibilities: GM (PE) is HOD and responsible for Project Engineering functions and report to Director (Ops & Tech). The functions include management of large Project(s) independently, time & cost estimate including Dredging plan and monitoring progress of the projects, develop data base on projects executed, research & development, initiate cost reduction methods etc.
