Qualification :
Should have passed full time course in MBA (HR) or 2 years Ful l Time PG Degree in personnel Management /Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/Industrial Sociology

Operator Grade III Trainees
Qualification :
S.S.L.C. or equivalent and NCVT (ITI/ITC) certificate in relevant trade.
