Qualifications:
A Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in any field of Science. A keen interest and aptitude to learn and work with flow cytometry.
Job description:
Operation of the BD FACS Calibur including running samples, analyzing data, and maintenance of the instrument. If not already trained, necessary training will be provided on site. The operator is expected to interact with students, researchers and faculty members and assist in their experiments by data collection and analysis. In addition, other responsibilities in the Central Instruments Facility would be delegated by the Dean, SLS.
Desirable:
Previous experience in running samples, analyzing data, and day to day maintenance of FACS.
