ANDHRA PRADESH POWER GENERATION CORPORATION LIMITED.,

In the references cited GOOs certain Assistant Engineers/Elec., whose names are
indicated in the Annexure appended to this order were appointed by direct recruitment
(Zone-wise). The CGM (Adm)/APGENCO has examined the issue of regularization of their
services in the category of AE/Elec. and accordingly issued the following order.

After careful consideration and Under Regulation 23 (a) of the A.P.S.E.Board S.Rs–
Part-II and Regulation 16(a)(1) of the A.P.S.E.Board S.Rs – Part – III, the services of the 170 Nos. Asst. Engineers/Elec., who was appointed in the reference, cited GOOs. and as indicated in the Annexure appended to this order are regularized and placed on probation for a total period of two years on duty, within a continuous period three years with effect from the date mentioned against the name in Column-5 of the Annexure. The period of service rendered from the date of joining and proposed date of commencement of probation may have to be treated as temporary service and not counted for probation.
The inter-se-seniority of all the above 170 Nos. Assistant Engineers/Elec. shall be
placed below Smt.R.Sreelatha, AE/Elec. whose seniority was communicated in the Memo
No.CGM(A)/ DS(Per)/ AS(P) /PO-M/1254/2009, dtd.02.05.11.
The Asst. Engineers/Elec. should pass the Electricity Board Accounts Test for
AEs/AAEs and Language Test in Telugu as prescribed in regulations during the period of probation failing which they are liable to be discharged from service.
The above Asst. Engineers/Elec. are informed that these orders are provisional and
will be reviewed/revised at a later date if found necessary.
6) The controlling officers are requested to send the Completion of probation proposals immediately.
