# All appointments shall be on “contract basis” and will be initially for a period of ‘four years’ including a probation period of one year. The contractual appointment may be extended for a further period of ‘four years’ based on performance of the candidate during the initial period of four years. The appointment of Sr. Resident will be period of 3 years on contract basis including a probation period of one year.
# All the posts(s) are on consolidated package basis. The incumbents will be eligible for an annual increment@7.5% of Pay Band & Grade Pay. The remuneration packages are based on Pay Band & Grade Pay as per revised pay rules 2008 and HR policy of ILBS.
# The above vacancies are subject to change at any given point of time and the Institute reserves the right whether or not to fill up any post. No appeal will be entertained or accepted. It is not obligatory on the part of the Institute to call for Interview every candidate who possesses the essential qualification and no representation in this regard will be entertained from any candidate.
# Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates. For the post reserved for OBC category, the application of those candidates will be considered who have OBC certificate issued by GNCT of Delhi. In respect of persons with disabilities upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years (10 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC), with regards to posts mentioned from Sl. No. 1 to 25, 30,33 to 39 and by 10 years (15 years SC/ST and 13 years for OBC, in respect of posts mentioned at Sl. No. 26 to 29 & 31 to 32 subject to the condition that no age relaxation can be allowed beyond the age of 60 years under normal circumstances.
