IIT, Bombay - Research associate(1847)

Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project undertaken in the Department of Civil Engineering of this Institute. The position is temporary initially for a period of and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:

Consolidated salary Rs.16000-18000/- p.m.


B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with a good academic record. Essential Skill Set: Web Technologies using Java (J2EE, CoreJava, JSP, Servlet, Java Beans), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Java graphics (Applet, Swing, JFC). Desirable: Excellent Programming skills, sound knowledge in Data Structure and libraries (in Java packages) and aptitude in electronic hardware.

MCA/MSc Computer science with a good academic record. Essential Skill Set: Web Technologies using Java (J2EE, CoreJava, JSP, Servlet, Java Beans), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Java graphics (Applet, Swing, JFC). Desirable: Excellent Programming skills, Framework: Hibernate, Spring, Struts. IDE: Eclipse or Netbeans, dreamweaver, MS-Frontpage. Operating System: Linux (preferred)
