in the laboratories of Dr. R Ajay Kumar (Mycobacterium Resesearch
Group) and Dr. Sabu Thomas (Cholera & Environmental Laboratory) at
Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram.

Essential qualifications :
Consistent, excellent academic record with First class Masters Degree in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with CSIR/UGC/NET qualification. Those candidate without CSIR/UGC NET also can apply; however, if such a candidate is selected, the emolument will be as per the DST/CSIR norms. The project involves handling of virulent laboratory strain of M.tuberculosis. The candidate must be willing to work under strict bio-safety containment facilities.
Desirable qualifications :
Experience in handling M. tuberculosis.
Age : Below 28 years as on 15th February, 2013
