Post:
Deputy Registrar
Qualification:
The minimum qualifications for direct recruitment to the post of Deputy Registrar and equivalent posts shall be a Master's Degree with at least 55 % of the marks on its equivalent grade of '13' in the UGC 7 point scale; along with-
Deputy Librarian
Qualification:
(i) A Master's degree in library science/information science/documentation with at least 55 % of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record;
(ii) Five years' experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.
(iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work and professional commitment, computerisation of library.
(iv) Desirable: A. M. Phil/Phi) Degree in library science/information science/Documentation/Archives and manuscript-keeping/computerisation of library.
Assistant Librarian:
Qualification:
(i) A Master's Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library
(ii) Qualifying in the national-level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
(iii) However, candidates who are, or have been awarded Phi) degree in accordance with the "University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Phi) Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/S LET/SET.
Section Officer:
Qualification:
(i) Graduate
(ii) At least 5 years service experience as Senior Assistant in a University or Government or Semi-Government organisation.
(iii) Must passed Account Training Conducted by State Academy of Training/Equivalent.
Statistical Officer:
Qualification:
(i) Graduate of a recognised University with Statistics/Mathematics/Economics as
one of the subjects.
(ii) At least five years experience as a Statistical Assistant in a University or
Government or Semi-Government Organisation.
Technical Assistant (Physics):
Qualification:
(i) Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in physics
(ii) Desirable: Experience in maintenance and repairing of electronic equipment.
The University reserves the right to fill up or not to fin up the post(s) advertised.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD should intimate their category by enclosing copies of the necessary documents.
Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate applications along with prescribed application fee.
Applicants downloading application form from website will have to pay application fee of Rs. 300.00 (Rs. 150.00 for SC/ST/PWD)
Fees once paid at the time of submission of applications are not refundable
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
