A walk-in interview will be held on 30 January, 2013 at 11.00 am for two posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (one in the Department of Molecular Biology & Biotechnology and one in the Department of Environmental Science) under a DBT funded research project entitled “Qualitative development of vermicompost technology through isolation of novel microorganisms and their application in agricultural waste management of Assam”, Department of Environmental Science, Tezpur University.

Qualification:
(1) M.Sc. in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology /Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology with good academic carrier
Department of Environmental Science.
Qualification:
(1) M.Sc. in Environmental Science/ Agriculture (any discipline)/ Chemistry/ Botany with good academic carrier.
Desirable: Knowledge and experience in soil sampling, crop experimentation and analysis.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically challenged applicants.
