Qualification:
A Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum one year experience in relevant field with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency restricted to open cast metalliferrous mine.
OR
A three years Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized Institute with five years experience in the relevant field with Foreman Certificate of Competency restricted to open cast metalliferrous mine.
1. Age should be below 35 years as on 19.01.2013. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
2. The closing date of receipt of the applications is 19.01.2013. Applications received after 19.01.2013 will not be considered.
3. The above vacancies are provisional. The actual number of vacancies to be filled up may vary depending inter-alia on the actual need at various time of filing up of vacancies as may be decided by the Management.
Selected candidates will be on “Probation” for a period of one year. During the Probation period, the candidate will be offered IDA Scale of Pay of `15000-3%-38000 (JO). In addition to the basic pay and dearness allowance, the candidates will be eligible to other benefits like Conveyance Allowance, Free Medical Facilities, Leave Travel Concession, Leave Encashment, Incentive payment, Gratuity and Pension (EPS-95), Provident Fund, etc., as per Company Rules in force from time to time.
Application should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft for `100/- (Rupees One hundred only) drawn in favour of Jt.GM (Finance), NMDC Limited, Donimalai Iron Ore Mine, payable at State Bank of Mysore, Donimalai / Canara Bank, Donimalai. Demand Draft is not necessary for SC/ST candidates.
Interested candidates may send their neatly typed application on plain paper strictly as per the following format along with self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of age, qualification, experience and caste (in case SC/ST/OBC) and 3 Nos. self-attested recent Passport size photographs so as to reach the Manager (Per) R & P, NMDC Limited, Donimalai Iron Ore Mine, Donimalai Township- 583 118, Sandur (Tq), Bellary (Dist), Karnataka State on or before 19.01.2013.
