A walk-in- interview will be conducted on January 21, 2013 at 12.00 Noon in the department of
Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee to select candidates for the following position
as per details given below under the DBT sponsored research scheme
Post:
Junior Research Fellow
Qualification:
l. M.Sc in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Science/M.Pharma/ M.VSc./ M.Tech (Biotechnology)/ M.E.
(Biotechnology)
2.Candidxes should be qualified UGC-CSIR-JRF/Lectureship or GATE
3. Candidates having prior research experience will be preferred
Age Limit: 28 Years, relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/ tribes and three years in the case of OBC; woman and physically handicapped candidates as per rules
Application should be Indian national and he/she should bring an application on plain paper giving
fult details of educational qualifications along with their attested copies while attending the interview.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for attending this interview. All terms and conditions are as
per rules of IIT Roorkee and DBT.
