North-Eastern Hill University - Guest Lecturers - B.Sc/M.Sc, M.A/M.Com, M.Phil/Ph.D

Applications on plain paper, along with the CV and supporting documents are invited for the posts of
Guest Lecturers in the Dept. of Geography, NEHU, Shillong for teaching PG Courses from March, 2013 till
further notification with the following qualifications:

Guest Lecturers

Essential qualifications:
1. M.A./MSc in Geography from a recognized institute/university

Preferable:
a. NET/JRF/PhD qualified and as per UGC norms.

NOTE:
b) The remuneration would be @ Rs. 1,000 per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 25000.00 per month.
c) The applications should reach the office of the undersigned latest by 15th February, 2013.
d) The date of interview for the said posts shall be on 25th February, 2013,(Monday) at 11.00 am in
the Department of Geography, NEHU, Shillong-22.
e) No further communication shall be sent to individual candidates for the interview.
f) The candidates appearing interview will not be given any TA/DA.
g) Candidates are requested to bring their original documents at the time of interview.
