Asst Engineer
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institution /University recognized by the State of Meghalaya

Jr Duty Posts Under Civil Defence
Qualification:
Graduate in Arts /Science/Commerce from any recognized University

Lecutrer
Qualification:
Candidate must have Honours in the subject at First Degree level .They must also have a consistently good academic recrod with at least 55% marks at the Masters Degree Level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from accredited foreign University.They must also have cleared national Elgibility Test conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC. For the posts of Lecturers of CTE.Tura.B.ed is an essential qualification . relaxation of 5% marks from 55% is applicable to SC/ST candidates.Ph.D Degree holders are exempted from requirement of NET.

Mining officer
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Minning engg From Recognized institution either in India Or abroad

Asst Geologist
Qualification:
Masters Degree in geology or Applied Geology from any recognized University

Drilling Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engg with Experience in diamond core drilling, conversant with handling of different type of core drilling and must have done about 200 mts of drilling or Bachelor Degree in science with Geology or Diploma in Mechanical Engg with 5 yrs experience in core drilling and must have done 300 mts of drilling

Social Studies Instructor under Labour Department
Qualification:
BA with Sociology or psychology or social Work as one of the subject from recognized Univerisyt

Labour Inspector Under Labour Department
Qualification:
Must have graduate in Arts /Science or Commerce from any recognized Univeristy .Experience: Preference will be givem to those who has got experience in Labour matters and Labour Laws
