NIOH - Research Asst (MSc/Diploma)

Applications are invited upto 10th September, 2012, for the following post to be filled up under the time bound research project entitled “Effect of the exposure of Petroleum fire on the levels of cytokines” sponsored by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) at National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad.

Research Assistant

Qualification:
Essential:
1).M. Sc. First Class Biotechnology / Life Science / Biomedical Technology.
2).One year experience in Lab research and blood collection.
Or
Diploma in Medical Technology

Desirable:
Candidates should have at least one year of lab experience in Spectrophotometry and molecular biological techniques – gel electrophoresis, PCR, Cell culture, and in vacutainer blood collection.
Candidate should be proficient in computers – MS word, MS Powerpoint and MS-excel.
And experience in field survey and statistical data analysis.

Age Limit :
28 Years.
Relaxable up to 5 years to SC / ST / OBC, and PH candidates
