Post:
1.General Manager – Plant, E8
Qualification Required:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Production / Instrumentation

2.General Manager – Personnel & Administration, E8
Qualification Required:
MBA with specialization in HR / MSW with specialization in HR / MLM / P.G. Degree in Personnel Management from a reputed institution or 2 yrs PGDMA equivalent to MBA. Degree in Law will be an additional qualification.

3.General Manager – Marketing & Distribution, E8
Qualification Required:
B.Sc. (Agri.)/ B.Sc. (Horticulture) / M.Sc. (Botany) / MBA with specialization in marketing.

Age - As on (Last date) :
Preferable minimum age would be 48 years and in any case the age of the candidate should not be exceeding 53 years (including relaxation/concessions). Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. 5 yrs of Relaxation will be given to Physically Challenged candidates in addition to the normal relaxation.

☯ Reservation for SC/ST/OBC is as per Government of India Directives and as indicated above.
☯ The Management reserves the right to call suitable/short-listed candidates for interview. Requirements may also be relaxed for deserving candidates at the discretion of the Management.
☯ For claiming the benefit of OBC category, the candidate should submit a proper caste certificate as per the proforma prescribed by the Government of India (specimen given below), which would, among others, specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons / sections (Creamy Layer) as mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule to the Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08-09-1993, Government of India.
☯ After filling up of applications, copy of print out to be sent along with a) Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque for Rs.200/- (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs.100/- (for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Madras Fertilizers Limited, payable at Chennai towards Application processing fee and b) photocopies of certificates (SSLC, HSC & Degree) in support of age, educational qualification and caste (SC/ST/OBC) superscribing the post for which the candidate applies, should reach the undersigned on or before (August 17, 2012).
