Post:
1.DOTS Plus Site Sr. Medical
Qualification :
Officer 1. MBBS or equivalent degree from institution, recognized by Medical council of India.2. Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.Preferential:1. MD Respiratory medicine / Internal Medicine DTCD / MD Community Medicine / Diploma / CHA / Masters in Public Health

2.DOTS Plus Site Statistical Assistant
Qualification :
1. Graduate.2. Diploma / Certificate (6 months or more duration’s course) in computer application from a reputed institute.3. Typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English and local language.4. Data entry speed minimum 8000 key depressions/hr.5. Well conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, Excel and statistical packages.Preferential:1. Graduate with statistics as a main or subsidiary subject2. Work experience in Biostatistics

3.Sr. Lab Technician
Qualification :
1. B.Sc(Microbiology) or 2. B.Sc (MLT) Or 3. DMLT or equivalent with 3 year experience in culture and DST.Preferential: Experience in culture and DST for mycobacterium tuberculosis. 3 years experience in RNTCP as LT

5.Senior Treatment Supervisor
Qualification :
1. Higher secondary (10+2) school’s Certificates examination.2. Bachelor’s degree in science or Arts. 3. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be
able to drive two wheeler Preferential:1. Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course & two years of work experience in the related field.OR 2. Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in Social work or Medical Social work with two years experience in the related field.,OR 3. Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognised) for Multipurpose health workers or recognized sanitary inspectors course with two years of field experience in the related field., AND 4. Good communication skills in local language & willing to travel in the area of work.

Attested photocopies of Mark Sheets, Certificates in support of Educational Qualifications, e.g. Degree, Postgraduation, Professional Qualifications etc. (as the case may be) Experience certificate(s) specifying NATURE & PERIOD of experience should be enclosed.
