NSTFDC - Deputy Manager / Asstt. Manager

NSTFDC, a PSU under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India, is primarily engaged in providing concessional financial assistance for economic development of Scheduled Tribes through its Channelizing Agencies in the States/UTs.



Post:
1.Deputy Manager (Finance)

Qualification and Experience:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience of which 3 years service at the executive level.

Job Profile:
Implementation of financial/ accounting policies, preparation of annual accounts, planning & budgeting, fund management and investment, taxation, auditing, financial appraisal of schemes, monitoring, recovery of loans and advances, etc.

4.Asstt. Manager (Personnel)

Qualification and Experience:
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level.
Desirable:
1.Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/HRD.
2.Full time MBA(HRD)/LLB/ Diploma in Labour Laws.

Job Profile :
Dealing with personnel policies/ rules and regulations and all service matters of the employees including advances/loans to the employees and their other claims; Dealing with disciplinary and legal matters concerning employees.

The age limit for the post of Dy. Manager/ Dy. Company Secretary is 37 years and for Asstt. Manager/AZM is 32 years on the closing date.
Reservation and age relaxation applicable as per the Central Govt. rules.
Besides Dearness Allowance (IDA) and HRA, other perks and allowances such as conveyance, medical, children education allowance, canteen subsidy, newspaper/ magazine reimbursement, etc., are admissible upto 50% of the basic pay as per rules of the Corporation. In addition, other benefits such as PRP, LTC, hospitalization reimbursement, etc., are also admissible.
The short-listed candidates only shall be called for an interview by the Selection Committee. Merely fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions will not vest any right in the candidate for being called for interview/ selection.
