Central Board of Secondary Education - Executive Asst

The CBSEi will hold WALK-IN-INTERVIEWS for the Executive Assistant, to be filled on short-term contract basis. These Posts are purely temporary. Selected candidates will be posted at CBSE offices located in Delhi. The contract may be renewed as per requirement and on the basis of satisfactory performance.

Qualifications:-
Essential:-
 Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
 Typing Speed of 40 w.p.m. /or equivalent calculated speed on computer i.e. 8000KDPH.
 Full knowledge of windows, MS Office, linex, Internet, HTML, Webpage Design.

Desirable:
 Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/’’O’ level certificate from DOEACC.
 At least two years experience of working in a large data processing environment.
 Experience of working in UNIX/Linux environment.
 Knowledge of Shorthand.

Age: - Preferably not above 45 years.

1. The walk in interviews will be held on at Central Board of Secondary Education, “Shiksha Sadan”, 17, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi 110002.
2. The applicants are required to register on-line from 05.06.2012 (10:00 am) to 17.06.2012 (5:30 pm) on the web link provided on http://www.cbseacademic.in/
3. Names of short listed candidates for the walk in interviews will be displayed on the CBSE's website http://www.cbseacademic.in. The candidates are advised to view the website and appear for the interview accordingly.
4. The candidates must bring original certificates for verification and submit detailed Curriculum Vitae with a recent attested colored photograph along with copies of all relevant certificates (including character certificate and residential proof) duly attested by the Head of an educational institution (or) any Gazetted officer at the time of interview.
5. In case of an outstanding candidate, CBSE may relax the eligibility criteria.
