ENGINEERING PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD.,

EPI, a „Mini Ratna‟ Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of Department of Heavy Industry with turnover of more than `1200 crores engaged in execution of wide range of multi-faced projects on turnkey basis in Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil & Infrastructure sectors require suitable persons to be appointed on regular basis for the following posts:



1. Executive Director (Engineering)
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 22 years post qualification executive experience with minimum 5 years in next below grade in the scale of 43200-66000/- (IDA) or in equivalent CDA scale in PSU/Govt. Organization.

2. GGM (Civil)
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 20 years post qualification executive
experience with minimum 2 year in a next below grade in PSU/Govt. Organisation.

3.GM ( HR )
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 18 years post qualification executive experience with minimum 2 years in a next below grade in PSU/Govt. Organisation.

Qualification:
Engineering:
BE/ B. Tech or AMIE or equiv. in the discipline of Civil, Mech, Elect. etc (min 55% marks)
Civil :
BE/ B. Tech or AMIE or equiv. in the discipline of Civil (min 55% marks)
Human Resources:
2 yrs Post Graduate DIP/MBA(Pers.Mgmt/HR/MS W etc. (min 55% marks)(LLB Degree shall be considered as an added qualification)

1. Age will be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
2. In addition to pay, DA, HRA / Bachelor accommodation at Project Site, EPF, LTC, medical facilities, Perquisites and, PRP etc. are also admissible as per Rules of the Company.
3. Relaxation of age by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC‟s and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.
Applicants working in Govt. Deptts./ PSU / Autonomous bodies must send their application through proper channel or produce „No Objection Certificate‟ at the time of Interview and also to produce original certificate of age, qualification & experience failing which, the applicants will not be interviewed and no fare shall be paid. Outstation applicants called for interview shall be paid to & fro 3tier AC rail/bus fare by the shortest route, on production of ticket/ticket No./documentary proof.
