IRCON INTERNATIONAL LTD, a PSU of the Ministry of Railways, is a premier construction company engaged in the construction of turnkey infrastructure projects in Railways, Highways, Buildings, Power sector, etc. IRCON invites applications for the following posts on contract basis at fixed all inclusive salary for its Kashmir Rail Link Project (Baramullah Qazigund Section) at J&K for a period of one year.

How to apply :

i) Application typed on A-4 size paper in the format given below should be addressed and sent before 28.07.2011 to General Manager, Ircon International Ltd., 44-B/B, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, J&K – 180 004 accompanied with the self attested photocopies of the following documents :
a) Matriculation Certificate (for age proof)
b) Certificate of Engineering Degree
c) Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any
d) Certificates in proof of experience, if any, clearly indicating the length and
line of experience (if any)
e) Community certificate (SC, ST, OBC etc.), if applicable.

ii) Applicants may send their application in advance or Applicants who consider
themselves as eligible should straightway report for an interview alongwith duly
filled in application as per the following schedule. No interview call letters will
be issued as this is a walk-in-interview.

iii) Only such applicants will be interviewed who are eligible as per the eligibility
criteria. Applicants are, therefore, advised to check their eligibility thoroughly
while applying so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage. The applicants
must bring the original certificates in proof of age, community, educational qualifications and experience while coming for the interview failing which the interview of the candidate will not be held.

iv) Applications not accompanied by experience certificate, incomplete or vague
applications will be rejected summarily. Applications not in the prescribed
format will also not be entertained.

v) Applicants working in Govt./PSUs may note that this is a short duration contract
post and even for these posts they have to produce NOC at the time of interview
and resign from their parent organisation on their selection.

vi) The envelope should be superscribed – “Application for the post of
Works Engineer/Elect. for Rail Link Project, J&K – Advt. No.
C09/2011”.
